Emily Price – Training Specialist

Emily will help to facilitate the various webinars and trainings to be offered in the 10 N. Meade Ave. half of the Building for Change Inclusive Campus.

A native of St. Louis, Emily moved to Colorado Springs after graduating from St. Louis University with a degree in Psychology. Since moving here 7 years ago, she has made it her home and fallen in love with hiking, the (non-humid) weather, and of course, the mountains. Emily loves being outside any chance she can get, rock climbing, dance parties, and road trips.

Until this spring, Emily worked for CPCD-Giving Children a Headstart, both in a preschool classroom and as a Family Advocate. She has a deep passion for early intervention, and supporting and empowering families. Emily is excited to bring this experience to The Arc Pikes Peak Region, and is honored to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Originally from Southern California, Rowan spent her time volunteering with the Down syndrome Foundation of Orange County, working with and advocating for the Down syndrome community. Rowan is looking forward to continuing her work with the I/DD community this upcoming year!
