Help educate future doctors on working with individuals with autism.Help Future Doctors Learn How to Work with Individuals with Autism. This opportunity involves a 30-minute interview with eight to nine medical students and two medical school faculty members, who will gain much-needed experience interviewing real patients. This interview will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Anschutz Medical Campus, Education 1 Building, Room 1100.

The details:

  • You have nothing to prepare.
  • You will provide future physicians the experience of interviewing real patients.
  • In 30 minutes, you will provide knowledge that students can’t obtain from textbooks.
  • You’ll have a feeling of accomplishment knowing that you have participated in teaching future doctors.
  • You will receive a $25 Target gift card, free parking or bus tickets.

Like the opportunity to help future doctors work with individuals with autism, this 30-minute interview with medical students and faculty will help medical students learn how to effectively work with individuals with cognitive impairment and traumatic brain injury.

The interview will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Anschutz Medical Campus, Education Building, Room 1100.
