Daniel has 15 years of experience working with children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in different settings; which include host homes, day services, supported living services, and case management.
As a Guardianship Specialist, Daniel’s duties include but are not limited to: evaluating clients’ needs and services, individual planning and special staffings, consent for medical treatment, monthly visits, and annual reports to the courts.
Daniel believes that all individuals with an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability should be treated equally, thereby allowing every person to have the same access to community opportunities.
In 2007 Daniel received an award for “Outstanding Services” through The Arc of the Pikes Peak Region. He is a big sports fan and likes snowboarding and camping.
Daniel received his National Certified Guardian credentials in 2015.
