Our 32nd gem is former board president of The Arc Pikes Peak Region Marsha Unruh. Marsha currently works at The Resource Exchange and is the sibling of Marty, a gentleman with a disability. As Board President Marsha helped transition The Arc PPR to the organization it is today.
Marsha strongly believes in helping families find supports for their loved one with a disability, because of this she has taken an active role in the Family Connection Network/ SMILES an organization that supports families with navigating services and providing education. Marsha won The Arc PPR’s 2010 Don Haney award for her community service work.
