Mitch Routon. Mitch is a tireless advocate for not only himself, but for all people with disabilities — in 2010, Mitch won The Arc’s Burt Fellows award for volunteer service. Mitch is well-known in the greater Colorado Springs Area, having worked at The Broadmoor World Arena, Safeway, Colorado College, and other local establishments. Mitch also coaches for the Manitou Springs High School Football team. Mitch is a champion of The Arc Pikes Peak Region and the need for its services in the community. Mitch is also a vocal advocate for public transportation and had advocated at the local, state, and national levels.
