Our 7th Gem is Jon Eddy and the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Jon Eddy, Senior Director of Marketing and Promotions at the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, has long been a supporter of individuals with disabilities.
Jon is the sibling of a sister with Asperger’s and strongly believes in highlighting the diverse abilities and achievements of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
For the past three years Jon has acted as the MC for our Achieve with Us Film Festival. The Colorado Springs Sky Sox have also been great community partners of The Arc Pikes Peak Region and supporter of the disability community.
From hiring individuals of diverse abilities to continuing to feature the work of The Arc of The Pikes Peak Region and Arc Thrift Stores, Colorado Springs Sky Sox and Jon Eddy have worked to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities #60ChampionsofTheArcPikesPeakRegion
