Our 45th gem is self-advocate Michael Heath. Michael is very active in self advocacy groups in Colorado. Michael was very involved in legislation that worked to stop post eligibility trust of income, allowing individuals to keep their money.
Michael was also instrumental in getting The Arc Pikes Peak Region to host The Fancy Dance (currently known as The Arc Ball).
